Bring a dish to pass if you wish, and a chair on which to sit. Lots of food. Lots of good Christian friends. And lots of things to do at the park. Rent a kayak, a canoe, a rowboat, fish, hike, bring your horses if that applies to you and ride…

Shall We Gather At The River (or pond)?

This evening we will baptizing our sister Chloe Dean at the Ross pond. It would be wonderful to have some of the church family join us and rejoice with Chloe as she takes this vital step of obedience. We will gather at the home of Pastor Phil and Myrna (4997 Bassett Rd., Atwater) at 6:30. Oh and BTW, if others need to be baptized, you’ll have the opportunity this evening! See you there?

Prayer meeting is at 6:30 every Wednesday evening. Due to the vast number of donations that have come in, our original destination site can handle no more donations, so we’ve changed to a different drop site, and will be driving there next week, rather than Thursday of this…

Bible Talk With the Elders – The Sky’s the Limit

We have a large stack of questions, and the panel will dive into them starting this Wednesday evening. The pastors and elders will do their best to answer, and if you want to join in that discussion, please attend – Wednesday, September 29th at 6:30 PM. We will begin…

Hard Hat Sunday is behind us, and we are full speed ahead with things here at FBC. The kids’ ministries are in full swing – Parents, bring your kids back to church! The building continues to go up, with the second pour of concrete expected on Monday. Pray for that to go well, and for the building to be under roof soon! This Saturday, the John and Jamie Evans will be hosting a time of fellowship and gospel music at…

What Are We Building?

The building behind the sanctuary continues to rise. Significant progress is planned for this week, and it should be exciting. Very soon now, we will be making big changes to the sanctuary, and before you know it, the new building will be done and in use! Praise the Lord. This Sunday, in celebration of these things, and as a reminder of the tasks that lie ahead, we will hold “HARD HAT SUNDAY.” Souvenir hard hats will be on hand as…
