Have A Question?
This Wednesday evening at 6:30, we will hold another of our Bible Talks With the Elders. These events are meant to be a means of digging deeper into God’s Word and the Christian faith. Questions are submitted in advance, or just asked during the event, and the pastors and elders do their best to try and answer them from the Bible. We have a couple of really good and timely questions that have been submitted this month. We could use…
THE BEST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH IS HERE!
Well, at least the best for the guys who attend Men’s Prayer Breakfasts! That’s right… it’s tomorrow, October 22nd, at 8:00AM in the new building. Food, Fun, Fellowship, and Feasting on God’s Word. Believe me, if you’ve not attended one before, you don’t want to miss it. And if you have attended it before, I know you’re adding an AMEN to what I just said. Come early and get a seat!

It’s been a while now!
Since some of you attended prayer meeting, that is. Now that our building is completed and we are getting back in the swing of things here at FBC, we need to boost our efforts at prayer meeting. I’m convinced that what God has done here has been a response to the faithful prayers from you, His people. If you haven’t made it in a while, let me encourage you to join us tonight for prayer meeting. We meet at 6:30,…
FFF Time!
It’s Food, Fun, and Fellowship time at Makruski Manor! Tomorrow (Saturday, September 17) at 5:00 PM, the McHenrys and the Makruskis will be hosting the Campfire Fellowship for this month. Bring a dish to pass and a chair on which to sit, and spend some quality time with your FBC brothers and sisters in Christ.

Great Is Our God
And He has done great things!

A Quote Worth Cogitating
“The thermometer of a church is its prayer meeting.” (Vance Havner) See you at 6:30 this evening?

What About???
Do you have questions about God’s Word? How about current events and how they fit into the Scriptures? How about anything? If you have questions you’d like to get the elders’ and pastors’ input on, bring them to prayer meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, July 27th at 6:30 PM) and we’ll do our best to work through them. Of course, we’ll also be praying, so bring your praises and requests as well!

With Her Lord
We rejoice with our sweet sister Edna Siciliano who is home with Jesus now. She passed into glory Monday night. We also grieve with her family and loved ones who grieve her loss. Calling hours are Thursday from 5-7PM and the funeral will be held Friday at 11AM, at Woods Funeral Home in Ravenna.
It’s Not Too Late!
You can still make it to our great time of fun and food and fellowship at Walborn State Park. We’ll start the day worshipping, as is our custom on the Lord’s Day, and then we’ll head to the park at noon for burgers and dogs and fun. Bring a dish to pass if you wish, and a chair on which to sit. Lots of food. Lots of good Christian friends. And lots of things to do at the park. Rent…
