The pastor’s latest book is out and available on Amazon. com. It contains 433 pages of his thoughts on the gospel of Mark. There are a limited number of copies available through the church for his cost ($7.50).
Operation Christmas Child activities are in full swing this week and throughout November. Tomorrow (Friday, November 1) is the first of three Assembly Parties at the church. We will be assembling shoeboxes, and gifts to put in those boxes. Fun and fellowship will abound. And a light dinner will be provided. Many hands make light work!
Remember, there are several ways to participate in the life changing and soul saving ministry of Operation Christmas Child. Participate in the assembly days, sewing days, packing parties and such – that’s one way. Another way is to pack your own boxes and bring them to the church during or before collection week. We have all the boxes and labels you’ll need to pack your box(es) so take some home and pack away! Whichever way you choose to participate, join in the fun and fabulous results of Operation Christmas Child this year!
