Don’t forget some important stuff happening this weekend:
- Campfire Fellowship – Saturday at 5:30 at the Weber home. Great food, great fun, great fellowship, great in just every way it can be! This is the penultimate campfire fellowship for the year, so don’t miss it. Call the church or the Webers if you need directions.
- Sunday School is in full swing. Last week was the official restart of our normal schedule, with Sunday School at 9:30 and Worship at 10:30. It’s not too late to jump into a class and get involved, or to try out another class if you want to dip your toe in all of them before making a choice. Mark is teaching through 2 Corinthians, using John MacArthur materials. That class meets in Fellowship Hall. Dan is teaching FBC101, which is great for new believers, new attenders, or anybody wondering what our basic doctrines are. His class meets in the Conference Room, and I am teaching the “7 Habits”, meeting in the Sanctuary. As always, we also offer classes for all our kids and teens. Parents, train them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord! Have them in Sunday School.
- This is not really a weekend announcement but a reminder nonetheless. Remember to pray for our Phase 3 Building Program. It has been quiet lately, as there are many behind the scenes tasks being completed, but don’t stop praying. And don’t stop giving, if the Lord lays that on your heart. We are anxiously waiting to see what God will do with this new addition!
