It’s one of my favorite words. As you know, it means “next to the last”, and so it fits the activities of the day. For this evening at 5PM, at the home of Sean and Marianne Turner, the penultimate Campfire Fellowship will take place.
Bring a chair to sit on, and something yummy or munchie to share, and gather at their place. We’ll eat about 5 and enjoy some great fellowship with our brothers and sisters. I’m told there will be lots and lots and lots of pulled pork, so there’s that. And there are always some fun things to do. But mostly, it’s all about we believers spending time together and enjoying each others’ company. Iron sharpens iron, the Scripture says. That happens when we’re close to each other… when we gather… when we’re together.
