Prayer (Page 4)

Only 3 More Chances!

Did you make a resolution for 2019 to start attending prayer meetings? Well, if you haven’t yet made good on that, you’ve only got 3 opportunities left! We won’t have prayer meeting on Christmas Day, so that leaves only tonight , the 11th and the 18th. Even if you didn’t make any such resolution, we’d love to have you join us this evening for prayer. We’ll learn about the Fireproof Scroll tonight. Remember that you can pray aloud or silently.…

Now we praise… and now we pray…

Praise God for each person who packed a box this year, and for all those who labored so hard to make this our biggest Operation Christmas Child year yet. Great is your reward, brothers and sisters! Prayer Meetings Are Wonderful

You don’t want to miss out on this wonderful opportunity. Prayer meetings are a time when EVERYBODY, regardless of their gifts or talents or abilities, can serve in a vital and mighty and awesome way. Two Huge Things…

… to pray for, that is. We have prayer meeting tonight, and there are two very big… HUGE… requests we’ll be bringing before the throne. And as always, there are a lot of other things, too. Bring your additions to the list and join us at 6:30 for prayer meeting this evening. Never longer than an hour!

Special Treat This Wednesday

Fred Edward’s nephew, Bill Wilkinson, will join us during prayer meeting to share his ministry in remote Alaska. As always, we’ll leave ample time for prayer, so bring your prayer requests and join us as we pray for one another. I came across a verse that greatly convicted me this morning. Samuel said, “Moreover as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you…” (1 Samuel 12:23a)

A Prayer for Everyday
