Campfire Time!

Big stuff happening this weekend!

Have you driven by the church and noticed the walls rising? Praise the Lord for His oversight, and for the help of so many of you who came and assembled the blocks for those walls this week. It’s truly wonderful and amazing to see what can be done in a short time by a committed group of God’s people! Young and old helped. And up go the walls.

Today is dear sweet Esther Smith’s funeral. Pray for her family and loved ones. She will be missed.

Saturday from 5-9PM is our second campfire fellowship of the year, this time at the home of Diane Makruski and Shane Fleishman. Pray the rain holds off! If it does not, and we need to cancel, we’ll send out a text to let you know. Otherwise, the thing is on! Bring a chair on which to rest your posterior, and a dish of something good to eat to share. Meat and drink will be provided. Diane says to bring your fishing poles, too, for there is a pond with some whoppers in it. Join us for food and fun!

Sunday is, of course, the Lord’s Day, and a special one at that, as we will be baptizing at the end of the service. Pray for those being baptized!
