We’ve been thanking the Lord all this month for 10 wonderful years together as Friendship Bible Church. We’ll wrap it all up on July 28th with our 10th Anniversary Celebration at Walborn Reservoir. The day will start with our normal worship service at 9:30 (at the church), and then those who want to participate in the days events at Walborn can just head there after church. We’ll have the grills going and lots of food and drink. If you’d like to add to the menu, please bring your favorite dish to pass. We have the pavilion rented, so there should be plenty of seating.
After you’ve had your fill of the fine food, you’ll be free to enjoy the park. Fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, equestrian trails, and more is available at Walborn. Bring your kayaks or canoes or boats and spend some time on the reservoir. Bring your fishing gear if you want to fish. (You’ll need a fishing license to fish at Walborn.)
